The event is a 30th with a mini athletics day theme - should be a friendly crowd of up to 50 guests. Budget: Cocktail making 6PM - 12PM with a 30 mins dinner break (6 hours inclusive of set up and pack up) + 1 hour travel + 1 hour prep call / admin = 8 hours x $45 $360 including GST If you can bring a helpful friend to assist with dishes and keep you company, I'll bump up to $560 total. Otherwise I'll get some family or friends to help with dishes...or me! I am seeking to hire a reliable and friendly bartender (RSA is a must) for a private 50th birthday celebration on Saturday 24th May, 2025 in Berwick, Victoria. The bartender will need to provide approximately 3 hours of bar service from 7 PM to 10 PM, serving a selection of premix cocktails/ spirit cans and limited shots to guests, while they last. Additionally, you will be paid an additional hour to set up the area (6:30pm to 7pm) as well as clean/tidy the drinks area at the end of service (10 to 10:30pm). Total paid hours will be 4 hours. We are offering an hourly rate of $40. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be on a self service basis for guests, near the bar station. If you are enthusiastic about delivering excellent service, I would love to hear from you! PS. It is a costume party, dressing in theme is optional, but encouraged!
Caitlin couldn't make it as she fell down unwell, but she communicated this with me and promptly arranged a replacement. Jess was absolutely amazing on the night. Everyone was commenting how fantastic she was. If I need bartending again, Jess would be my number 1 choice!
