Having a birthday party at 3pm on Sat 13th August at a large apartment in Woolloomooloo and we need a bartender who is experienced in making cocktails, for 20-30 people. Ideas on suitable cocktails welcome! There is parking in our basement car park. You will need your own equipment (shakers, stirrers etc), including glassware, and cocktail garnishes or special ingredients, and we will provide all the alcohol and ice. We don't have a 'bar', but we have a large island bench to use to serve drinks, sink, two dishdrawers, full fridge etc. You'll be needed from 2.45pm to 7pm, with setting up and cleaning up as required.
