The recipe list contains 30 cocktails and shots, examples are: Toblerone, Strawberry Daiquiri, Midori Illusion, Mojito and Cowboy. There will be an area set aside in the butler’s pantry to mix and blend cocktails. The cocktail recipes are pinned onto the wall in the butler's pantry. We will order cocktails in batches (eg: 12 Pina coladas). We won't get through all the cocktails; we'll have approximate 10 rounds of drinks. Applicants must be reliable. You should dress to look the part of a bar-hand or cocktail waitress. I’d like to get your mobile number so that I can send you the address and confirm your attendance on the day.
Lidy was prompt and courteous, which I appreciated. However, she wasn’t as quick at making cocktails as I would have preferred. That said, the cocktails were delicious, and the food she cooked was well-prepared. One downside was that she didn’t clear away the empties, which would have been helpful.
