Find a professional bartender in Brighton East

We are hosting an engagement party at our house and are looking for a few bartenders/cocktail mixers to help out and make drinks for guests in our kitchen for approximately 4 hours :)

Make cocktails for party attendees. Im after someone with bartending experience that knows how to mix cocktails. I will require you from 3-8pm I can provide a list of 3-4 cocktails. There will be about 30-40 people in attendance.

Require an experienced cocktail maker for two hours to make 3 pre-determined signature cocktails. Venue will be at a private residence, hosting approximately 40 people. Required in Dec, please see details on specific date. Alcohol will be provided and bartender to bring their own equipment.

Experienced and well presented waitperson required to serve drinks, clear glassware , empty rubbish and manage bar service at our home party. Working from the kitchen island looking after our guests for a special occasion. 4-10pm. Presents well and smart dress.

My sons 21st at home birthday celebration. I will buy all beverages - keg of beer, spirits, bubbles, etc but need a few (preferably experienced) people to serve ( and to clean up at end of 'shift') I'm assuming about a 6.30pm start (set up, familiarise etc ) till about midnight. There will be about 75 guests so Im thinking one person wandering topping up drinks and another making cocktails, pouring from keg ( might need 3 people?) Please advise budget
