All alcohol will be provided but I would also appreciate insight into how much and what types I will need for the cocktails. I’m looking for the bartender to be able to make 3 different cocktails and 1 mocktail, as well as serving wine and a clean of glassware at the end of service. We should be able to provide our own glassware but if you would be able to offer to BYO glassware that could be helpful. Thank you!
Caitlin was super punctual and efficient which I appreciated. The feedback I had from guests were the drinks were not the best. We did prep sugar syrup for the cocktails which wasn’t touched, so not sure if it was forgotten or maybe she was unaware it was there. Caitlin was very focused on getting drinks out as quickly as possible which was great, but wasn’t interested in chatting with guests when people were trying to make conversation.
