We are hiring a barista to cover two shifts on 19th Nov and 20th Nov — 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (5 hours each day). $33 per hours Please arrive on time at The Great Room, Level 15, 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Dress code: formal attire (an apron will be provided).

4 baristas needed for Thursday 6th November-Friday 7th November in Martin Place Sydney Pop Up activation. Hours are 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items. - Maintain a consistent level of quality in every cup, adhering to cafe recipes and standards. - Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and process transactions accurately. - Assist with setting up and closing down the coffee station daily. - Manage stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other barista supplies, and notify management of shortages. - Ensure the coffee machine, grinder, and other equipment are clean and in excellent working condition. - Provide excellent customer service, making customers feel valued and appreciated. - Assist with basic food service or preparation during quieter periods, if needed. - Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards. Requirements: • Minimum of 1-2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment. • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. • Fluent English communication skills. • Passionate about coffee and customer service. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. • Full working rights in Australia (no student visas). • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. • . We are having an event for the vogue fashion night out on the 17th of October 2024. We already have a coffee cart that we would like to use but we need to hire a Barista and a La Marzocca Coffee Machine and grinder.
