My son has an old Mitsubishi triton that we think has an electrical problem. We brought a new battery it starts the car then it cuts out. We are not sure if the lights, radio, etc is short circuiting something? It’s parked in Woolloongabba and I need a mobile auto electrician to look at it asap. Im currently paying for street parking so I need it looked at. My son has had a few things fixed on it over the last 6 months so we are hoping it’s nothing major. Any help would be greatly appreciated my son can meet u at the car.

I need an autosparky to replace the fuse box in my prado 120 diesel. I will order the fuse box and have it ready. Current one is broken (only the box is cracked, fuses and electrics are fine). Also would love a quote when you’re here for another job fixing the dash lights.

Updated scope – Subaru Outback stereo, reverse camera and battery box installation. I’m supplying all equipment and parts. I have the replacement stereo, auxiliary battery, KickAss battery box and 6-metre battery cable. I’ll purchase the fascia, reverse camera, microphone and required stereo fitting adapters/wiring from Autobarn. Work required: • Remove the existing stereo and install my replacement head unit with the correct fascia and adapters. • Install and connect the reverse camera and microphone. • Connect and test the stereo’s phone/CarPlay functions. • Secure the auxiliary battery and battery box, probably on the passenger side. • Run the supplied cable from the cranking battery to the box, neatly concealed under carpet/trim. • Check the charging/isolation arrangement and fuse protection are suitable, and connect and test the setup. The battery box has built-in outlets, so the previously listed separate 12V sockets and rear Anderson outlet are no longer required. I’ll plug the fridge, fan and phone charging into the box. Please check the supplied equipment before starting and advise if anything else is needed. Any additional costs must be agreed beforehand. Located in Southport. I can bring the car to you locally. Looking for an experienced installer and a tidy, secure finish.

Factory clock and car stereo have completely stopped working in 2009 VE Commodore. It has a pioneer head unit with Aerpro system and the air con is running through this still but can't control any speeds. Initially the steering wheel controls stopped working and then in the last 2 days I've completely lost the clock and radio. Would like this fixed up and the steering wheel controls working again also. Had a mechanic check all the fuses yesterday and couldn't find any faulty fuses so will need some diagnostics run to find the fault he said.
