We’re a Sydney-based content agency looking for a confident phone content creator to capture short-form social media content using a smartphone (no fancy camera gear required). This role is about capturing moments, not overproducing. Think: * Street interviews * Client sound bites & testimonials * Behind-the-scenes moments * Quick trend-style videos * Natural, human, TikTok/Instagram-first content What you’ll be doing: * Filming short-form vertical content on a phone (Reels/TikTok style) * Directing people casually on camera (prompting, asking questions, guiding) * Capturing multiple clips per shoot (not just one take) * Following content briefs or trend references * Delivering raw footage neatly organised after each shoot You’re a good fit if you: * Are confident filming people and talking to strangers * Understand TikTok & Instagram trends * Know how to frame, light, and capture good audio using a phone + mics * Can make people feel comfortable on camera * Are reliable, punctual, and easy to work with * Have a good eye for natural, engaging content Important notes: * This is NOT a cinematic videography role * Editing is not required (but a bonus if you can) * You must be comfortable filming in public and client environments * Ongoing work available for the right person

Podcast Studio Lighting & Camera Setup (Expert Needed) I’m looking for an experienced studio lighting and camera specialist to help dial in the lighting and camera settings for a podcast studio. I have clear reference images for the look I’m after and need someone who understands how to: • Set up professional studio lighting (key, fill, back light, practicals) • Adjust camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter, white balance, picture profiles) • Achieve a cinematic, clean, high-end podcast look • Fine-tune lighting for skin tones and consistency on camera This is not a beginner setup - I’m after someone who genuinely understands lighting ratios, colour temperature, and camera optimisation. Need it done tomorrow morning, latest to be finished by 2pm
