Videographer Needed for Wedding Acoustic Duo Promo – 2hr Shoot + Edited Video We’re Double or Nothing, an acoustic music duo (guitar + vocals) performing live at a wedding, and we’re after a talented videographer to capture our vibes in action and create a short promo video we can use on our website and Instagram. Details: • Date: 10/05 • Time: Arrive by 1:30pm, filming until approx 3:30pm • Location: Eynesbury • Ceremony starts at 2:00pm, so we’ll need you to capture some setup/prep and then us performing live. What we need: • A mix of candid and performance footage (ideally with some good audio of us playing/singing) • A final edited promo video (approx. 60–90 seconds) • Vertical format (for Instagram reels) and horizontal format if possible • A few extra short clips (5–10 seconds) for social content would be a bonus We have permission from the couple for a videographer to be present, and you’ll be free to roam as needed (respectfully and discreetly, of course!). Just enquiring to see if you were available for the above date. We are going for a small /medium (150 guests), rustic and minimalist vibe. We would like videography for the morning of both the bride and the groom, this won't be as early as usual as our ceremony doesn't start until 3pm. Once our ceremony is finished there will be cocktail hour until about 5:30/6:00pm while we take photos/videos. All footage will be at the venue besides the morning of. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 9 February 2024
