Need assembly of an L-shaped desk

Hi! I need help getting some ikea furniture assembled. It is a Malm bed frame (no storage) + 1 bed side table and 1 malm chest of 4 drawers.

For the desk - Desk frame (6 steps) — ~45 minutes Adjusting the top frame, attaching the lifting column, fitting the feet, side brackets, mounting the tabletop, and connecting all the electronics/cables. Straightforward for someone experienced. Each cabinet (ECF185-RIG / EC185-LEF, 9 steps each) — ~50–60 minutes each These are more involved — cam locks (35 pins, 35 cams), drawer runners, inset hinges, and threading the lift column through the cabinet top. The diagrams show a 2-person job for parts of this. Total estimate: around 2.5 to 3 hours for the complete setup, assuming both cabinets are being built. A few caveats worth noting: the cabinet assembly requires a second person for some steps, and the cable management/control box wiring on the frame benefits from patience to get it tidy. If the tabletop is being sourced separately and pre-drilled, that saves time; if it needs marking and drilling, add another 20–30 minutes. For the gym - Please see photos

We are after assembly for 5 ikea pax projects in total. I have had to post this job a few times as handover was delayed many times by the builder, but we now have the keys and can start this assembly. 2 IKEA Pax projects for walk in wardrobe containing 4 frames each project plus drawers shelves lighting etc (images 1 and 2) 3 IKEA Besta projects with various benches, drawers, shelves, lighting etc All up, 5 projects across 5 rooms (walk in robe with 2 sides, Mudroom, window seats for 2 bedrooms). All will need to be secured to walls. Skirtings may need to be removed if they are in the way. Start date is asap and this is a new house build so rooms are empty at the moment. Thank you.
