I'm looking for an experienced installer to assemble and install an IKEA PAX wardrobe in a spare bedroom. Scope of work Assemble and install one IKEA PAX wardrobe (approximately 1.74m wide). Secure the wardrobe safely to the wall. Ensure the wardrobe is level, plumb and professionally installed. Clean up after completion. Built-in finish A key requirement is that I want the finished wardrobe to look built-in, rather than like a freestanding flat-pack wardrobe. I'm happy for this to be achieved in one of the following ways: 1. Cut/remove the skirting board behind the wardrobe so the PAX frames can sit further back against the wall. 2. Leave the skirting in place and use professionally fitted filler/scribe panels to create a seamless built-in appearance. 3. A combination of both, if you believe this will produce the best result. When submitting your quote, please let me know: - Which approach you intend to use. - Whether your quote includes supplying and installing any required filler/scribe panels. - Why you believe your approach will achieve the best built-in finish. I'm looking for a high-quality finish that looks like it was designed for the room, not simply assembled and placed against the wall. Wardrobe - IKEA PAX system - Approx. 1.75m wide - Standard depth (60cm) - Standard height (236cm) Looking for - Experience installing IKEA PAX wardrobes. - Experience creating built-in finishes is highly preferred. - Own tools required. - Please include photos of similar PAX or built-in wardrobe installations you've completed. If this installation is completed to a high standard, I have additional IKEA PAX wardrobes planned for other bedrooms in the house and would be happy to use the same installer for those projects.
