Wifi problem new MacBook

I have a brand new MacBook Air and I can't get the wifi working. It does connect, it just doesn't work. It worked in the Apple Store and it works on Hotspot from my phone. We have a new iPad and that is fine. We also have 3 iPhones and an older iPad and an iMac and they have no problems. Have spent 2 hours on phone to Apple Support and they cannot fix and On the Net, our internet provider couldn't help either. - Due date: Flexible
