Need to get my dads Apartment freshened yo for either selling or renting out it’s a two bedroom ground floor apartment walls are currently like an off white almost bathroom ceiling is flaking and will need to be sanded back otherwise there’s not much damage that will need to be fixed before going ahead with a paint I’m pretty sure. Just wanting it painted the normal white colour an apartment would normally painted not hospital white but something warmer. Kitchen and Loungeroom then two bedrooms and a bathroom all quite small.

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust before painting. 3. Use appropriate tools (roller/brush) for an even and consistent finish. 4. Protect adjacent surfaces (floors, fittings, etc.) from paint splatter or damage.

Professional quality touch up paint job of 2 small patches from wall hangings . Not a great paint quality beforehand, but needs to match current colour and texture/depth. Both patches are the same neutral colour. Easy job but needs to be done well enough for end of lease.
