Seeking a skilled tailor for a specific alteration on a long formal dress, as pictured. The main task is to shorten only the stretchy skirt layer (similar to stretch crepe) by approximately 20 cm from the bottom. The outer chiffon/tulle layer must NOT be shortened and should remain long. This job requires a professional sewing machine due to the fabric type, ensuring a perfectly clean and durable hem for the stretchy material.

Need a school skirt hemmed - already pinned (and taped) to where the hem needs to be. Need done ASAP please! Can drop it off and pickup when complete. Would need to be done of an afternoon/evening if not today.

There are two dresses just needed some alterations so that they can sit on the body more fitted. Can drop off to you but I am based in Southport. Something within a 20-30 min drive would be ideal Cream dress - the sleeves are way too long for me sadly and hang off the hands, if I can get these shortened please. Some fabric may need to be removed from the arms as there's alot of material hanging Dark dress - the button on the bust barely closed and there's a gap opening. If it's possible to reposition the button that'd be great
