Need to alter 4 dress only shorten the sleeves and length

My Jeans are below knees and wanted raised above

I’ve hung two sets of ready-made floor -to-ceiling curtains (Blockout curtains and sheer curtains x 2) across the lounge at my apartment (approx 6 metres) - but they still need to be taken up by trimming and using the hemming tape. Work would involve - measuring the curtain drop at multiple points (note curtains are already hung in place) - cutting excess curtain - hemming the curtain using an iron and the hemming tape I have (or alternate means)

I have 2 dresses which have neck fastenings I can't button. Hoping the buttons can be replaced with press studs or a hook closure. Wanting someone with the skills to take a look, buy the right closures and make the changes if possible.
