Need length taken off denim shorts finish with basic hem. 85 pair of shorts.

I'm looking to have 40 pairs of trackpants cut down to track shorts and resewn. I would imagine an easy task for a skilled tailor. I've put 2 images of ideal finishes in track shorts. Looking to have 20 of one finish tailored and 20 of the other finish. Having trouble uploading images I can deliver and pick up locally on Gold Coast. Please and thanks
