Having issues with small 2.5kW split system in bedroom. It’s mildly warm but not as strong as the thermostat says on the remote.

We’re an accommodation business currently looking for a reliable technician who can assist us with ongoing maintenance and repairs of split system air conditioning units across our properties. At the moment, we have 6 units that require servicing – they need to be checked and assessed and fixed. We’re also hoping to establish an ongoing relationship with someone who can assist us with air conditioning maintenance and repairs as issues arise. The properties are located in the Melbourne in Brunswick, and Carlton very close to each other.

Daikin unit is not heating, but blowing cold air. It had error code U4-01 and worked fine for 2 days after resetting by switching off the power in the fuse box. But today it started to blow cold air again and I noticed some water dripping from the motor outside. Seeking diagnosis and repair, please.

We have an older York aircon (model: HLKA24FS-AAA) that is inconsistent with the cold air it is producing. It will provide cool air for maybe 5-10 minutes and then start producing warm air after. Need someone to come and take a look and fix/service the unit, please.
