Lower $ Job for those who need to come quote or see the work first for my other task posted for ducted heater and add on aircon repair

have two Actron split ducted systems covering the front and back areas of our office. One system is working fine, but the other one is blowing air without cooling or heating. Both systems are approximately 20 years old. Unfortunately the model number has faded so I cannot identify the exact model, only the brand (Actron). I’m not sure if the faulty system is repairable. If repair is not economical, I’m open to replacing it with a new cassette unit or another suitable system. The area that needs to be covered is about 45 sqm. Looking for someone experienced who can inspect the system and advise whether repair or replacement would be the better option, and potentially carry out the work.

My Kelvinator split system air conditioner starts normally and blows cold air for a few minutes, but then stops and displays EL-01 error code. The outdoor unit fan does not appear to be spinning, which may be causing the shutdown. Looking for a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the issue (possible fan, capacitor, or electrical fault).

Air cond has stopped working, would like it to be assessed and repaired. Currently it’s blink green light and doesn’t turn on. Have added the last pic which shows the green blink light, it blinks 3 times.

After turning on Ac , after 2 mins ac turn off and electricity switch tripped over. Need to find solution and filter cleaning too.

My LG split system air conditioner showing error code CH44. After checking the outdoor unit, I found a broken wire. I’m assuming it may be related to a thermostat sensor issue, need a qualified technician to repair. Thanks

Not sure what’s wrong but I need my air con fixed. 2 weeks ago it stopped turning on and not it shows E1 sign. Tried turning switch board off and on which makes it work for 30 seconds then turns off.

Need qualified AC technician to repair my Mitsubishi Electric split system. It was working beautifully yesterday, when it was 40⁰, keeping my space at 22⁰. Today, however, it's just blowing air. I'm based in St.Kilda and the outdoor unit is on the roof (double storey).

Currently, water is leaking from overflow on the float as the pump is showing signs of restrictions and over heating. SCOPE OF WORKS; Isolate AC. Drain and remove failed pump. I have a Fujitsu ASTG12LVCC DC Inverter split system (installed 3 years ago). The indoor unit is dead — no lights, no response to manual button or remote. I replaced the remote batteries. The aircon breaker and balcony isolator are both on, so the unit is receiving power.
