.My air conditioner is 15 years old but brand spanking new and has never been used, but it’s leaked since installation. The installer has since gone out of business, and the BSA couldn’t assist. The BSA guy was useless and said maybe a bug grew a nest and just closed the case 🤣 A technician previously suggested it might be a design flaw with the U-bend connection under the sink, where the condensate line drains. The leak seems to occur inside the wall near the indoor unit, usually after running for about 20 minutes. If I use a wet vac on the drain line, the leak appears to stop temporarily — so it may be a drainage or backflow issue. I may also be dreaming about the wet vac but I thought it worked but maybe it was turning it off that worked and on again? I’m looking for someone experienced in split system AC drainage issues who can: • Diagnose the cause of the leak (possible drain line or installation fault) • Repair or reroute the condensate line if needed • Ensure the unit drains properly without leaking into the wall FYI MY BUDGET IS FOR TINKERING AND FIXING UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE A BUDGET FOR A MORE AMBITIOUS SOLUTION… Please bring any tools needed for testing, vacuuming or blowing, or reconfiguring the drain line.

We require urgent repairs for a Rinnai ducted air conditioning system. The indoor fan appears to be faulty, it is making noise, and the airflow is very very weak. The internal unit is a Rinnai DINLR14Z72 (photo attached). Based on the symptoms, we believe the indoor fan assembly and/or capacitor may need replacement. I’d like someone to come out and have a look at our Aircon. It is ducted and connects to 5 rooms and 2 living rooms. The last person who had a look at it mentioned a part missing from the main aircon system on the roof but he never got back to us with a quote for further repairs. Aircon never blows hot air… even the cold air isn’t really cold and once above say 22 degrees blows almost outdoor temperature . Extremely loud when on the highest fan setting almost like a vibration sound. Quotes to fix please

Hey, We’re needing our wall mounted split system aircon looked at please- it either needs fixing or we will need to get a new one. It’s a pretty old unit. The brand is TCL and the model number is TAC-30CHS/G When turned on it only lasts a few seconds and keeps tripping out.
