I’m looking for an experienced PC technician to diagnose and fix a CPU overheating issue, as well as perform a general hardware health check and performance optimisation of my gaming/work PC. PC Specifications: CPU: Intel Core i5-14600KF GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z790-P WIFI RAM: 32GB DDR5-6000 Cooling: Thermaltake AIO liquid cooler (recently replaced) OS: Windows 11 Main Issue — CPU Overheating During OCCT stress testing, my CPU rapidly reached 100°C and remained there, despite drawing only approximately 87W. CPU Package temperature was also around 70°C while sitting in BIOS. The liquid cooler pump reports approximately 3,154 RPM, and the fans appear to be operating normally. I’d like someone to investigate and resolve the overheating issue, including checking the cooler installation, mounting pressure, thermal paste, pump operation and radiator performance. Additional Work — General PC Optimisation I’d also like a general inspection and performance tune-up, including: Checking overall hardware health, temperatures and airflow. Updating the motherboard BIOS to the latest appropriate stable version. Reviewing CPU power, voltage and BIOS settings for safe, optimal performance. Checking that RAM, GPU and other hardware are performing as expected. Identifying any remaining performance bottlenecks. Running appropriate stability and performance tests after resolving the cooling issue. I’ve already completed a Windows cleanup, updated graphics and chipset-related drivers, enabled XMP, and optimised startup applications and gaming settings. Goal I’d like the PC running as fast, cool, stable and efficiently as reasonably possible for gaming and Unreal Engine development. Ideally looking for someone experienced with custom gaming PCs, Intel 14th-generation processors and AIO liquid cooling. Please bring any tools and thermal paste required for diagnosis and basic servicing. Let me know if replacement parts are needed before proceeding.

Current mac desktop is running slow and laggy on start up and when programs operating. Examples include, slow up take when user log in, application start up can sometimes take minutes, chrome & safari slow to respond and operate even with suitable wifi. I have done all the simple trouble shooting I can and now need someone in the know to have a look and no doubt sort some simple fixes. OS - macOS Sequoia 15.8.1 up to date. Storage - 525GB or 1TB Only 2 users and basic functioning of programs and apps.

Hi everyone, I am looking for an experienced networking expert to set up a reliable WiFi connection from our main house down to our trailer. We need someone thorough and reliable who can guarantee the setup works properly and is willing to come back and fix any issues if they arise. Here are the details of our setup: Main House: A large two-to-three-story home with existing indoor WiFi. Trailer Location: Located down a slope at the bottom of a hill. About 25m from house. Obstacles: There are many trees between the house and the trailer, creating a potential line-of-sight challenge. What we are looking for: Professional installation of a Point-to-Point (PTP) wireless bridge system, or a hardwired LAN cable connection if feasible, to extend our home network to the trailer. Expert assessment to ensure the connection is strong, stable, and weatherproof despite the trees and slope. A meticulous professional who stands by their work and can provide troubleshooting/support if any problems occur later on. Please let us know your experience with similar outdoor/long-range networking projects, what equipment you would recommend, and your availability. Thank you!

We’re seeking a quote to improve Wi‑Fi coverage in the front half of our single-storey house. Our NBN box and existing Eero router are in the rear extension, which has no accessible roof space. We would like: * A Cat6 Ethernet cable run from the existing Eero, through the external wall and along the side of the house in neat conduit that matches / looks consistent with side of the house * The cable taken into the accessible roof space over the front half of the house * An Ethernet outlet installed in the front of the house (maybe hallway or bedroom) * Provision for a second wired Eero at that location, using Ethernet backhaul * A power point beside the new Ethernet outlet if required Please include the proposed cable/conduit route, outlet position, any equipment we need to supply, and whether setup and testing are included.

1. To locate the cables in three Reolink cameras, find the reset button, so we can then connect to the Reolink app. All three cameras are connected on walls outside and will need someone to uninstall to locate cables. I will.post pictures of the cables, as supplied by Reolink. 2. To open our Solar edge and reset it to connect it to our new wifi so we can add it in the app. 3. To connect the Mitsubishi electric ducted aircon to our new wifi so we can connect in app. You will need to connect via an interface. We have searched in the roof but can't find out. The previous owners told us it was there. All in all, we need someone who has experience with these types of tasks and experienced with electrics. Please ensure you understand the three tasks and can help us.
