I am looking for an experienced professional to attend my property for a site inspection only and provide a detailed quote for multiple installation works. No work is required on the day of inspection. The purpose of the visit is to assess the site, confirm feasibility, identify any additional materials or plumbing adjustments needed, and provide a complete labour quote. Scope of Work to Inspect 1) Bathroom – 2 Vanity Installations • Remove 2 existing bathroom basins (currently basins only, no vanity units underneath) • Install 2 new IKEA vanity units in 2 bathrooms • New vanity model is from IKEA • Please assess plumbing compatibility, removal requirements, and installation approach 2) Laundry – Laundry Unit with Sink Installation • Install a new laundry unit with sink • Currently there is no laundry cabinet/unit installed • Only the existing washing machine tap connection is present • An extended pipe / plumbing connection will be required for the sink tap • Please inspect and confirm what plumbing work and fittings will be needed 3) Kitchen – Cooktop Replacement • Remove existing cooktop • Install new cooktop • Please inspect fitment, cut-out compatibility, and any connection requirements 4) Kitchen – Dishwasher Replacement • Remove existing dishwasher • Install new dishwasher • Please inspect space, connection points, and any modifications if required What I Need From You: Please provide: • Your presence for inspection fee • Your experience with vanity, laundry, cooktop, and dishwasher installations • Your availability for inspection • A clear quote after site visit, including any likely extra materials or plumbing adjustments Important • Inspection only at this stage • Final job will be awarded separately after discussion and agreed cost • Looking for someone experienced, reliable, and capable of handling multi-area installation work

I need a heavy-duty metal frame / stacker which will sit on the floor on top on the washing machine. There should be 30cms between washing machine and dryer. Im leaving 30cms in between washer and dryer as the water taps on the wall are in the way. That explains the need to elevate the dryer which will sit above those taps. I have a few pics as sample. The dimensions of the dryer is 845 mm height, 595 width, 550 Depth. The stacker needs to be 115cms ( height)
