I’m hosting my 35th birthday party at Alcatraz Bar in Annandale and expecting around 70–80 guests. I’m bulk ordering food from a local restaurant and I’m looking for someone friendly and professional to help with prepping and serving the food on the night. 🧾 What I need from you: • Be onsite at the venue on 9th of August at 5:30pm for approximately 3–4 hours • Help portion and plate food into canapé-style servings (I’ll provide all serving materials: napkins, trays, small plates, etc.) • Serve guests by walking around with trays and offering food • Keep the food area clean and tidy • Potentially assist with minor food setup or topping up platters at a serving table • Bring good energy — I want someone who’s friendly and engaging with guests ✅ Ideal for someone with: • Prior hospitality or catering experience • A good sense of timing and presentation • A warm, confident attitude (you’re helping make the night run smoothly!) ⏰ Timing: • Approx arrival 5:30pm but I’ll confirm exact hours closer to the date
