I am looking for 2 experienced wait staff to support an event at a private property on Saturday 9 August, from 1pm until approximately 9pm. It is at a private house in Brookfield, Brisbane. Duties would include helping plate and serve food, clearing plates and tidying, stacking dishwasher and unpacking, and general service. There will be bartenders for the event so while there would be little to do to serve drinks at the beginning, towards the end there may be some serving required.

We’re after a couple of wait staff for our wedding on the family property in October this year. All food will already be prepared, I just need some extra hands to serve it around during “cocktail hour” as I don’t want a load on my family for the day! Will be for a couple of hours before dinner starts to walk around with some starters or place the food onto the food table and keep stocked up. Function starts 6.00pm, finish 8.00pm with stragglers to 9.00pm. It is a wedding pre function - all ages, above 30. Area is large house, party around pool, adjacent to a kitchen and bathroom. Drinks sorted, have a plan for canapes can be provided). Need one staff in kitchen, one on bar and one handing around together with some guests.
