Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff – Acai Servers. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up our acai stall, serving delicious acai bowls to guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at the event. Key Responsibilities: - Setup and Breakdown: - Arrive at event locations on time and assist with the setup of the acai stall, including arranging equipment and toppings. - Ensure the stall is clean, organised, and visually appealing. - Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of the stall at the end of the event. Serving Acai Bowls: - Prepare and serve acai bowls according to our standard recipes and customer preferences. - Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. - Offer suggestions and answer any questions guests may have about the acai bowls and toppings. Event Coordination: - Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure the service runs smoothly. - Manage the flow of guests efficiently to minimize wait times. - Handle any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
