Date: Saturday, October 24th Hours: 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM Budget: $400 total ($200 per person) We are hosting a Sweet 15th Birthday Party / Quinceañera and need two proactive wait staff to help manage the party (with around 75 people attending) so our family can enjoy the celebration. We'd need help for around 5~ hours! Party starts at 3pm. Half an hour before arrival needed for prep. All food is prepped; we just need an extra set of hands to move things along, serving food, and cleanup. No alcohol will be served. What we need you to do: ~ Help set up the non-alcoholic drinks station, glasses, and water jugs. ~ Take food platters and drinks around to guests as they arrive. ~ Assist with main food service (bringing out hot dishes, uncovering food, topping up the buffet). ~ Keep the drinks area clean, tidy, and flowing throughout the event. ~ Discreetly clear empty plates, glasses, and rubbish from tables. ~ Wash, dry, and put away dishes and servingware in the kitchen. ~ Pack down at the end: wipe all surfaces, box up leftover food, and take out the rubbish. Requirements: ~ Previous hospitality / event / wait experience would be advantageous! ~ Proactive attitude: able to see what needs cleaning or refilling without constant direction. ~ Uniform: Black top + top, byo So if you like Latin music, vibes, are great with service, or have a few family parties under your belt... Your help would be greatly appreciated!!
