Duties: serving beer, wine and champagne; keeping bar stocked; clearing and washing/collecting glasses; clearing tables; rubbish/recycling; passing light food around guests. Looking for 3 experienced hospitality staff, including at least one experienced bartender/bar lead. Smart black attire. Please quote your hourly rate and and relevant event experience. There will also be a separate 2-hour cocktail service during the evening, so cocktail experience would be a bonus. Would prefer a team that has worked together before.

The idea is that once events/bookings are confirmed, I’ll then reach out to my servers and/or bartenders on file to ask if you’d be available for work on a certain day, certain time. Could be from 1 hour - 4 hours depending on the client and it could also be regional such as Margaret River ect.
