Review the full contact list for duplicates, outdated entries, and inconsistencies. Standardize naming formats and correct any formatting errors (e.g., phone numbers, capitalization). Categorize Contacts Use Outlook’s Categories feature to tag each contact under relevant groups such as: Personal Business / Professional Medical Family / Emergency Other / Miscellaneous Coordinate with Oliver Collaborate directly with Oliver to: Access and organize contacts stored on his mobile device. Verify missing or unclear entries in Outlook. Clarify which contacts fall under which categories. If located nearby, this may involve in-person coordination; otherwise, virtual check-ins (Zoom/phone) will be required. Finalize and Streamline Ensure all contacts are cleaned, categorized, and stored correctly within Outlook. Flag any unresolved duplicates or incomplete entries for review. No external syncing or export required—everything stays within Outlook. ✅ Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook’s Contact and Category features.
