The biggest job is probably a smallish patch of bamboo that has overgrown and covering the stairs, needs to be gotten rid of. Weeds growing through the bricks, which are easy to remove - about 2 square mtrs (may need poisening) Bushes & plants overgrowing the stairs and need cutting back - Asparagus Fern, another type of invasive weed as well. A lady palm needs pruning, and a few yuccas needing attention. There could be a bit more. A grass area of about 40 square metres. There is some clumping bamboo on the grass area which needs cutting at the top. May need a trailer to dispose of some of the waste. Also there are a lot of stairs to the site. Job involves two tasks: 1. Remove existing plants and plant new mature hedging plants along fence line (about 10m long). You need to remove the old plants and supply the new ones. New hedge needs to provide privacy from neighbours and needs to be at least 1.5m high. See picture. 2. Lawn has a “sunken” spot about 2m x 1m wide due to a large rock being removed. We need help leveling this area by either planting new grass or by adding topsoil until the area is flat and even.
