Location: Freshwater (easy access back yard). Timing: Flexible but prefer in the next week ⸻ 🛠 What I Need Done 1. Remove existing lawn • Uplift current grass (patchy, weedy, uneven — see photos). • Remove any leftover roots/runners. • Dispose of green waste (I have two green bins you can use to their capacity, beyond that I ask you to dispose of waste as part of this job) 2. Ground preparation • Level and grade the soil so it’s smooth and even. • Add and spread new topsoil/turf underlay (high-quality soil mix) to create a healthy base. • Compact and water the soil so it’s ready for turf. • Ensure edges and joins are level 3. lay new turf (~60 m²) • likely Buffalo • Lay turf neatly, ensuring tight seams and correct patterning. • Roll the turf after laying. • Initial watering. 4. Clean-up • Remove all waste, soil offcuts, plastic, pallets etc. • Leave area tidy and lawn ready for after-care. ⸻ 📐 Area Size Approx. 60 square metres (back yard) ⸻ Photos are of current lawn / space ⸻ 🕒 Timing Flexible, but ideally within the next 1–2 weeks. ⸻ 💰 Budget Open to quotes for reliable experienced practitioners. 🙏🏼 ⸻ 🔧 Requirements • Experienced with turf installation (not just general gardening). • Must have own tools and vehicle for disposal. • Please share photos of previous turf jobs if possible.

Looking for an popfessional experienced horticulturist that can help me with assessing my soil and how to get everything in better condition with specific methods and fertiliser. Would be looking for a all leaves to be removed front, side and back, weeds removed, bushes and trees trimmed and grass patches mowed.
