Need a one limestone block thick garden edge put in- approx 18m. The limestone aren’t fully blocks, much thinner and shorter- can lift easy. Just recently dug all grass out so just dirt at the moment so should be easy to work with. Will Have all limestone blocks and mortar mix ready to go just need quotes for labour so send through offers. (Red line on picture is where we will need it)

Area- 17m x 10m roughly, Wanting to fix garden so can lay down grass seed and try get some fresh grass in the next month or two. Brown mowed grass laying everywhere Someone with a dethatcher to remove this at minimum, There's still grass roots/ weeds underneath which will probably need something to remove that too? and if there's other recommendations or help to fix this ? Laying artificial lawn (4 x 2.8m) Digging and capping off current retic. We will supply the turf only. Supply everything else. (A full list of tools, equipment, materials and method is below). ⸻ ✅ TOOLS & EQUIPMENT • Stanley knife / turf cutting blade • Rake + shovel • Wheelbarrow • String line + tape measure + marking spray • Plate compactor (or hand tamper, but compactor is better) • Broom (hard bristle) • Turf joining tape • Outdoor turf adhesive • Seam roller • Hammer + turf pegs (U-pins) OR galvanised nails • Leaf blower • Gloves ⸻ 🧱 BASE MATERIALS Needs a drainage cell (for dog) & stability base. Layer Material Depth 1. Crushed road base / cracker dust 60–80mm 2. Washed white sand / silica sand 10–20mm 3. Synthetic turf (supplied) ⸻ 🚰 DRAINAGE CONSIDERATIONS • Slight slope 1–2% away from house • No dips/ponding areas • We have a dog so can we use zeolite infill helps with smell absorption ⸻ 🔧 INSTALLATION STEPS 1 & 2: Clear & Dig • Remove grass, roots, weeds, rocks • Depth removal approx 80–90mm 3. Road Base In • Spread & mechanically compact • Add water while compacting (binding) 4. Top Sand Layer • Smooth perfectly level • Lightly compact — not as firm as base 5. Cut & Trim • Cut underside only • Follow stitch lines for clean edges 6. Join Turf • Folding back edges, apply joining tape + turf glue • No gaps between edges • Press seam down firmly, broom fibres to blend 7.Pin/Stake Turf • U-pins or nails every 300mm on perimeter, 500mm internal • Don’t pin through seam joins 9. Infill Choose based on usage: • Silica sand → weight, stability • Zeolite → odour control mix: 70% silica + 30% zeolite for our pet. 10. Groom • Hard broom against grain to fluff fibres • Leaf blower helps final debris clean
