Need to clean up the yard and make it neater by installing new grass turf or mulch. space is really small as its part of a courtyard, approx. 5m x 1.5m. This includes removal of leaves and stuff in the way of the area - The $500 budget was mainly for the grass turf, I already have an offer from franchise company for Mulch for $400, was looking to see variety in pricing for mulch, and other price options in grass installation.
