Looking for an experienced and properly insured landscaper/ operator to help prepare my backyard for new turf and garden beds. Area is approximately 170m2 Scope of Works - Remove and dispose of existing grass/turf - Remove and dispose of existing garden beds, excluding brick garden bed where veggie garden is (leave in place) - Remove and relocate ash tree and lemon tree (closer to fence) - Regrade and level the backyard to create a smooth, even surface - Behind shed, level with road base (I will remove all bricks/blocks beforehand) - Prepare soil ready for new turf installation (including any topsoil, turf underlay etc) - Leave the site clean and ready for the next stage of landscaping Site is located in Croydon. Please note it is a very narrow street. Driveway access from street all the way through to backyard (driveway is 2.2M wide) Happy to discuss adding on laying turf, but at this stage will probably do myself.

I’m looking for a reliable and physically capable tasker to assist with replacing 2 real grass turfs (~1m²) used by my 2 sausage dogs at my apartment (who will also be around and very talkative). Scope of work: • Remove and carry used grass patches down 2 flights of stairs to communal bins • Carry a new ~1m² turf patch up 4 flights of stairs • Position and neatly set up the new patch on the balcony using lawn soil and liners (I can help) Important notes: • The used grass is soiled and may have a noticeable odour • Gloves and heavy-duty garbage bags will be provided • Access is straightforward but there are stairs (no lift) • Job should take up to 1 hour, typically quicker with someone efficient What I’m looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable lifting/carrying • Comfortable handling a messy/smelly task • Punctual, efficient, and respectful of the space

Looking for someone to help restore an overgrown front garden bed that hasn’t had much attention for a couple of years. The job would involve: * Whipper snipping/removing long grass and weeds from the garden bed * Clearing old branches, twigs and garden debris * Digging over/tilling the soil * Cutting down an established privet tree and removing the stump, or treating it so it doesn’t grow back * Cutting the green waste into manageable pieces so I can put it out for council collection, Leave it all on a tarp or large garden waste bags I’ll provide * Cutting back some overgrown agaves with a chainsaw so I can replant them There are some established flowering trees in the bed that I’d like to keep, so I’m looking for someone who is reasonably garden minded and can work around them carefully. The goal is just to get the bed cleared and prepared to the point where I can add bags of fresh soil and start planting. Please bring your own tools, including suitable cutting equipment/chainsaw.
