We require new turf & some planting at our new build house in Red Hill. The area of turf is approx 40 sqm out the front of the house (entry near driveway about to be poured & nature strip) & 15sqm in the courtyard. It would be great if courtyard could have a pop up sprinkler connected (water connection a few metres from centre of courtyard to tap into). - Ground beneath the turf will need to be prepared properly so turf stays healthy. - 4-5 pavers/ stepping stones in courtyard - 4-5 pavers & 10 sqm of gravel to laundry drying court. - Potentially a trellis on the fence of courtyard which can be discussed as additional work Will be a really nice finished home at the end of the project & there is scope for additional landscaping & planting work for the right person.
