Complete job - needs install and supply of turf and top soil. Doesn’t really need levelling, just replace the stepping stone tiles once done, plus take any excess green waste. Basically the complete job :) Re budget - will pay what it costs. Backyard is a weird triangle shape, but is quite small - hard to measure (see pics). I’ve done a rough measure and marked up a bad drawing. Maybe 40m2 of turf? Access at sides of house around 1M wide. Turf to be Sir Walter or similar. Not too particular, needs some shade tolerance.
