Prepare roughly 55m2 of existing grassed area for artifical turf. Ideally looking for someone experienced in this. I will supply all the materials and grass. If you have a plate compactor/whacker packer thats a bonus if not no stress. Scope to include; Scrape back existing high spots. Lay geofab over ground. Spread crusher dust/CBR 25-30mm thick across area. Whacker packer it down to compress. Roll out the artificial grass Pin down and tape the joints of grass. Spread sand bags over grass to help it stand up.

I have purchased a new apartment in Nundah. The current tenants are set to vacate on 08/08 and I intend to move in on 17/08. I would like artificial grass installed on my balcony in between those dates. Key Points: - Tasker to supply mid-quality grass (35mm min pile height) suitable for balconies - Balcony size 7m x 2.8m (refer to floorplan and photos) - Grass to be supplied in 1 roll to prevent any seams - Grass to sit flush around fence posts & edges - Photo/website of product/grass to be provided for my approval - The apartment is on the 9th floor with a standard size elevator - One of the photos is of my current balcony with artificial grass. I'm looking for a similar green color/finish.
