Troubleshooting tasks in Australia

Recently I discovered that my camera isn't working. You can see the error code in a screenshot. I have attempted the usual Google searches to try and troubleshoot it but no fixes worked. I also have reinstalled Windows again and searched for updates with the same result. At the same time, the USB port will not permit the transfer of data from the phone. It will permit charging, however. I have attempted to do the usual "uninstall device" from Device Manager and reboot, and the same message appears. I would expect based on this information that your repair tactic will be very clear in what you need to do. You can also come here to do the repair as I do not think parts are required.

For a bit more context, I’m using **Skool** to host the course, with **Typeform and Zapier** for the assessment and certification process\. I’ve already built the online test in Typeform and started setting up the Zapier automation\. This needs to be completed so the test correctly follows a pass/fail pathway, with successful students automatically receiving the certificate I’ve already designed\. I’m looking for someone to take care of the **full start\-to\-finish backend setup**, including: • Course purchase and enrolment • Payment setup, including Stripe and ideally Afterpay, Zip and Klarna • Automatic access to the Skool course after payment • Welcome email/initial customer communication • Typeform assessment connected to the course • Zapier pass/fail automation • Automatic certificate delivery upon successful completion • Testing the entire customer journey from purchase through to certification A lot of the foundations are already built\. I need someone experienced who can work with what I’ve created, finish the integrations, troubleshoot anything that needs fixing and make sure the entire system works seamlessly and automatically from start to finish

I need an expert to troubleshoot the wifi issues in my home. Speeds are intermittent, I am getting frequent dropouts, and the internet is now working less and less further away from the modem.

I'm looking for an experienced IT technician to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues with my home network and Windows PCs. Current Network Setup: ISP: iiNet NBN FTTP (850/90 Mbps, PPPoE). Router: Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Max (UCG-Max). Switches: 2 × Ubiquiti Flex Mini 2.5G. Wi-Fi: Eero Pro 7 (Bridge Mode). CAT6 Ethernet cabling throughout the house. Two Windows PCs connected via Ethernet, including one with a Realtek 2.5Gb adapter. UCG-Max manages DHCP and IP reservations. Main Issues: Windows frequently reports duplicate IP addresses, even when UniFi shows only one device using the affected IP. PCs sometimes receive incorrect IP addresses despite DHCP reservations. Internet connectivity is not always available immediately after starting or waking the devices. Devices occasionally have a valid IP address but no internet access. Similar problems existed with my previous TP-Link equipment, which was replaced with UniFi hardware. What I Need: A comprehensive network assessment to identify and permanently resolve these issues, including: DHCP, IP conflicts and network configuration. Router, switches, Eero Bridge Mode and Ethernet cabling. Windows network settings and Realtek drivers. PPPoE, DNS and MTU configuration. Network optimisation for stable, low-latency gaming (iRacing), Discord and streaming. My goal is to have a reliable network where all devices receive their correct IP addresses and connect to the internet immediately, without manual intervention. I would prefer an on-site visit to identify the root cause and implement a permanent solution. Could you please confirm your availability in Perth, estimated cost?
