Farm labourer wanted — weed removal/control on 100-acre cattle farm, Cobbitty/Camden I need a reliable farm labourer to help control weeds on a 100-acre cattle property in the Cobbitty/Camden area. Main weed appears to be sticky nightshade — a thorny pasture weed with purple flowers and green/black berries. Photos can be provided. Work will include: Walking paddocks and marking weed locations Bagging/removing berries and seed material before treatment Digging out smaller plants and roots where practical Cutting/removing thorny weed material carefully Assisting with spot treatment of weeds Cleaning tools/boots/equipment to avoid spreading seeds General paddock weed control labour Important: Must be fit and comfortable working outdoors on rural land Must bring suitable boots, long pants and long sleeves Heavy gloves and eye protection required Experience with farm work, weed control, spraying or pasture work preferred Chemical-use training / ChemCert / pesticide experience would be highly regarded No slashing of these weeds — the job is careful removal/control, not mowing This may suit a farm hand, retired farmer, rural labourer, weed-control worker, bush regeneration worker, or someone experienced with noxious/pasture weeds. Looking for someone for an initial day, with possible ongoing work every few weeks depending on results. Custom Sewing/Upholstery Project – Removable Cushions for Recliner Chair (2 Sets) I am looking for someone experienced in upholstery, sewing, canvas work or marine trimming to make two sets of removable cushion toppers for clinic recliner chairs. This is not a repair job and not a medical device. It is simply a sewing/upholstery project. I will provide: * A 30 mm memory foam mattress topper (or similar foam) * Access to the chair for measurements and fitting if required I need three separate cushions per chair: 1. Backrest cushion 2. Seat cushion 3. Leg-rest cushion Requirements: * Cut the supplied foam to shape. * Sew a neat removable cover for each section. * Add elastic straps, webbing straps or Velcro straps so each cushion is securely attached to the chair and does not move when the chair reclines. * The cushions should be removable for cleaning. Chair dimensions: * Seat: 62 cm wide × 45 cm deep * Leg section: 62 cm wide × 54 cm deep * Backrest: 62 cm wide at base, tapering to 53.5 cm at top, approximately 57 cm high I require two identical sets. An ABN invoice is required. Please provide examples of similar upholstery, sewing, caravan, marine, automotive or canvas work if available.
