We are looking for someone experienced in legal research to find past court cases involving Australian banks/financial business where individuals and/or businesses have claimed financial and non-financial impact and won. Tasks: 1. Research and identify similar Australian cases. 2. Summarise outcomes, key arguments, and relevant precedents and legislation. 3. Provide important case info, citations, and short notes on relevance Ideal for: Law students, paralegals, or legal researchers, etc familiar with tools like AustLII, LexisNexis, or Westlaw AU is a massive advantage. Deliverable: A clear summary or spreadsheet listing relevant cases,their results, important info, legislation, precedents and relation to our case (to best of your ability). I want to know if someone can show me a legal definition for the phrase "affairs of the body corporate" in s223 of the bccma97 -backed up by court case law or preferably statute and show me a court case or tribunal hearing where a case has been successfully made to define it and the definition has been held up in judgement. BCCMA= body corporate and community management act 1997 (Qld) And I'm not happy with the notes under that section. I want a court defined definition and / or exclusion where they have said it means 'x' but not 'y'.
