I’m looking for a reliable, service-oriented person with flexibility and availability during the week to assist with property management tasks across shared houses in Sydney. Properties are located in the following suburbs: Ashfield · Newtown · Marrickville · Lewisham · Leichhardt · Enmore · Arncliffe Main responsibilities include: • Room inspections with potential tenants – Paid AUD $35 per visit – +$20 bonus if the visitor proceeds with a booking – Includes pre-visit contact to confirm the inspection – Post-visit follow-up via a short feedback form • Coordinating and providing access to service providers, such as: Smoke detector inspections, safety checks, plumbers, roofers, and other maintenance professionals • Routine property inspections Periodic checks of the general condition of the properties (similar to standard tenant routine inspections) • Administrative tasks – Paid AUD $35 per hour – Flexible workload – If tasks take longer, additional hours are paid accordingly • Basic handyman tasks (highly valued – optional) This is a big plus and may lead to additional paid work.
