Looking for "experienced" personal injury lawyer. I fell and injured my main arm (bone fracture) on 30 Nov 2024 at the house open inspection, the floor was wet. I gone via a law firm to help to get compensation, in Nov 2025 about a year, the lawyer's Dr accessed my injury was over 5%, then in 7th Sep 2026 another 10 months, the medical panel was accessed my injury less than 5% at the threshold level, because of this, my lawyer stopped acting for me and I believe the other party received such letter they won't or may make difficult for me to ask compensation, But my injury were not completely recovery, there are some movements and activities I still could not perform and the medical panel also recognized these. I need an advice and help me to claim compensation directly from my suing parties. the real estate agent and insurance company for that house. Pls let me know if you can do it and showing your experience and give me your quotation.
