We need an experienced landscape designer to prepare a clear, practical and easy-to-follow landscape plan for a residential property. The purpose of the plan is so we can engage different contractors to complete parts of the work, such as landscaping, paving, fencing, planting, irrigation, drainage and any other required items. The plan needs to be simple enough for us to understand, but detailed enough for trades to quote from and follow. We would like the plan to cover the front yard, rear yard, side areas, access points, planting, lawn areas, garden beds, trees, screening, pathways, paving, drainage, retaining walls if required, fencing, lighting, irrigation, materials and a suggested order of works. We do not need an overly complicated architectural document. We need a practical plan that clearly shows what needs to be done, what each contractor should quote on, and how the work can be completed in stages. Please include your experience, examples of previous landscape plans, whether you attend site in person, what is included in your service, estimated timeframe and final file formats provided.

Need a hedge trimmer to trim back the hedge on the front. And trim the top of the hedge that is going over the neighbours property. Will need a ladder to get to the top of the hedge as its about 2.5-3 metres high. Can use green bin, but will need to take away the remaining offcuts. One bathroom, combined laundry with shower only, plus outside toilet (with cobwebs). Windows and window sills x 4 - no fly screens. Blinds x 4- 3 vertical. Light fittings, power points wiped. Small backyard, mostly pavers, happy to include or list separately. Owner will be treating for bamboo removal after vacated so tidying up as best around post dog and cat.
