I am looking for someone with a decent moisture meter to do the following at my 3-bedroom/ 1-bathroom single story house in Eagleby, QLD: (1) Go through all 3x bedrooms, 1x hallway, 1x bathroom and toilet, 1x kitchen, 1x lounge room, and 1x laundry and: a. Scan the walls, skirting boards and ceiling for evidence of moisture b. Send me the pictures with a bit of a narrative with what you see (2) Check the base of the shower when the shower is turned on and to send me pictures + narrative of what you can see. This property is currently rented to a tenant so access will need to be via an agent. I estimate that this job should take around 1 hour on site + extra time to send me the photos + a short narrative of what you see. I don’t need any flashy reports. Please provide information about your prior experience with such work when responding. Thanks!
