This is just a general call out - I am looking for a rental property and am likely to need someone to attend inspections on my behalf. I’m looking in the areas Tugun, Currumbin, Coolangatta, Tweed, Kingscliff and potentially some surrounding suburbs. Please get in touch if you would be keen to help out. No obligation at this stage - I will contact you when I have inspections booked to see if you’re available at that time. The job should take less than 10 mins and I’m offering $30 each time (negotiable depending on the property’s location). I successfully got a rental this way via last year. I will need you to video the property and send it to me. Prior to the inspection I will send through a list of things I’m looking for so you know what to video as well as any specifics for the property. However, I'm hoping to find someone who can take initiative and share whatever information about the property they feel is helpful :) Thanks in advance!
