I would like to speak to person over phone or zoom to explain so there is no confusion. Draftsperson / Student Architect needed: Floor plan + 2D concept for granny flat extension I have an existing granny flat that already includes a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I need someone to help visualise both the current layout and a proposed extension. Scope of work: Existing structure – Draw an accurate floor plan of the current granny flat, including the decking and the existing (broken) pool area. Proposed extension – Draw a new floor plan showing a proposed small extension of 2 additional rooms, plus any corner/nook areas we could utilise. 2D visual – Provide a 2D rendering or drawing so I can clearly see what the proposed extension would look like in relation to the existing layout. Deliverables (fixed price for the full task, not hourly): Floor plan of existing structure (with decking and pool marked) Floor plan of proposed extension (2 rooms + corner areas) 2D visual/rendering of the proposed design

I already have the concept, reference images and a clear idea of how I want the product to look and function. It is a small MagSafe phone accessory with removable/interchangeable components. It needs to be designed as a real functional product, not just a visual 3D render. Task title: Convert puzzle-box design concept onto print-ready packaging dieline I’m looking for an experienced packaging graphic designer to professionally recreate an approved puzzle-box design on a manufacturer-supplied digital dieline. I already have: * The manufacturer’s PDF dieline with cut, fold and bleed guides * A completed visual concept showing the intended front design, colours, layout and product imagery * Existing packaging for a coordinating product to use as a branding reference * Brand colours, logo and product photographs Scope of work: * Accurately recreate the supplied concept on the manufacturer’s dieline * Design the front, back, spine, side panels and relevant flaps * Correctly rotate and position artwork for the assembled box * Apply the required bleed and safe margins * Use my actual logo, brand colours and supplied product images * Create a clear visual hierarchy using appropriate serif and sans-serif fonts * Keep cut and fold lines on a separate, clearly labelled layer * Ensure small text remains legible when printed * Prepare the artwork in CMYK using the printer’s specifications * Complete a final pre-press check before delivery This is not a request to create a new concept from scratch. The visual direction has already been approved; I need someone with packaging and pre-press experience to translate it accurately and professionally onto the supplied dieline. Experience preparing retail packaging for overseas manufacturers is highly regarded. I will provide all files once the task is assigned. Please quote based on the full scope, including reasonable revisions needed to make the artwork print-ready.

We are seeking someone to draw up plans for a new fence for a VicSmart application with Melbourne Water. Melbourne Water has asked for scaled and fully dimensioned plans showing the property boundaries, proposed fence location, size, materials and its location in relation to the existing buildings. The property is in a flood-prone area, so the fence/gates need to be at least 50% open/permeable. We already have an application underway and can provide Melbourne Water’s request for further information with all the relevant details. Ideally looking for someone with experience preparing plans for Council, Melbourne Water or VicSmart applications.

I have a series of AI-generated packaging concepts for a home fragrance gift set that I need professionally recreated as accurate, production-ready artwork for manufacturing. The packaging is a book-style gift box containing home fragrance products. The final design needs to retain the same overall look and feel, including the toile-style pattern, colours, typography, layout and premium aesthetic. Scope of work: Recreate the AI-generated design in Adobe Illustrator Rebuild/clean up the toile-style artwork so it is high-resolution and suitable for commercial printing Recreate typography, logos and graphic elements cleanly Apply artwork to our factory-supplied packaging dieline Ensure artwork correctly accounts for folds, panels, bleed and safe areas Prepare any foil/hot-stamp or special-finish layers separately where required Ensure colours are commercially printable and provide appropriate CMYK/Pantone specifications Create approximately 2 colour/design variations based on the supplied concepts Supply final print-ready PDF files Supply all editable/source files (AI) with linked assets/fonts outlined as required Allow for reasonable revisions after we receive factory feedback/pre-production checks There a total of two colours (blue and pink) and the designs required are the front, the inside left hand side, the inside right hand side and the back. Important: I am looking for someone with actual packaging/pre-press experience, not simply a general graphic designer. The final files will be sent directly to an overseas factory for mass production, so accuracy is important.
