Looking for a pool cleaner to do a one-off winterising clean and treatment. Residential in-ground pool, small-to-medium size with tapered depth. Pump works and it has a sand filter. Pool is currently green/cloudy with leaves and debris, as shown in photos. We are not using the pool over winter, but we still want it properly cleaned and treated so it is not left green or full of active algae. Required: * Remove leaves and debris * Brush walls, steps and edges * Vacuum pool floor * Empty skimmer and pump baskets * Check pump and sand filter operation * Backwash/rinse sand filter * Test and balance water * Shock/treat algae properly * Add suitable winter algaecide/winter treatment Completion expectation: Pool does not need to be crystal-clear/swim-ready on the same day, but it must be properly treated, debris removed, water balanced, filter backwashed, and left in a suitable winter condition. If you believe the pool needs multiple visits or cannot be properly winterised for $300 all-inclusive, please say that clearly before accepting. Easy access. Flexible with timing. Experienced pool cleaners preferred.

Scope of Work: • Leak Detection: Run a pressure or dye test to find the exact leak location. • Minor Repair: If it is the spider gasket on the Hayward filter, replace it during the visit. • Report: Provide a clear assessment if the issue requires major structural or underground repair. Budget & Cost Details: • My $200 Fixed Offer: Covers the call-out fee, diagnostic testing, and repair labor. • Parts Cost: Excluded from the $200. I will pay for any required parts (like a new gasket) on top of the labor upon presentation of a receipt. Drain: Use our submersible pump (standalone unit) to pump the water out into the garden. 2. Clear Debris: Use a shovel (provided) to remove the leaves and mud from the bottom once drained. 3. Scrub: Give the tiles a quick scrub with a brush to remove any grime. 4. Refill: Drop the garden hose in to start the refill. Equipment: All equipment provided (submersible pump, shovel, brushes, and hose). Requirements: Looking for someone hardworking and reliable. This is a "get your hands dirty" type of job, but very straightforward as it's a small area.
