Need an experienced pool technician to recover a saltwater pool that’s gone green. The pool was unattended while I was away. Water level appears to have dropped below the skimmer and circulation may have stopped. The pool now has visible algae growth on the floor and walls, although the water is still relatively clear and the bottom is visible. There also appear to be some areas of staining/discolouration (possibly rust) which would be good to fix also. Photos attached. Pool is roughly 2.5m x 8m Looking for someone to: • Inspect the pump, filter and salt chlorinator system • Confirm equipment is operating correctly and has not been damaged • Test and balance water chemistry • Treat algae and recover the pool • Vacuum debris and clean the pool • Clean/backwash filter as required • Assess any visible staining/discolouration and advise on treatment options • Advise if any repairs or replacement parts are needed • Advise whether follow-up visits will be required Please provide: • Your experience with green pool recovery • What’s included in your quote • Whether chemicals are included • Whether the price includes return visits if required • Your availability to attend • An estimated timeline to have the pool fully recovered and swim-ready Looking for someone experienced and available as soon as possible. Please quote for a complete recovery rather than a standard pool service.

Looking for a pool cleaner to do a one-off winterising clean and treatment. Residential in-ground pool, small-to-medium size with tapered depth. Pump works and it has a sand filter. Pool is currently green/cloudy with leaves and debris, as shown in photos. We are not using the pool over winter, but we still want it properly cleaned and treated so it is not left green or full of active algae. Required: * Remove leaves and debris * Brush walls, steps and edges * Vacuum pool floor * Empty skimmer and pump baskets * Check pump and sand filter operation * Backwash/rinse sand filter * Test and balance water * Shock/treat algae properly * Add suitable winter algaecide/winter treatment Completion expectation: Pool does not need to be crystal-clear/swim-ready on the same day, but it must be properly treated, debris removed, water balanced, filter backwashed, and left in a suitable winter condition. If you believe the pool needs multiple visits or cannot be properly winterised for $300 all-inclusive, please say that clearly before accepting. Easy access. Flexible with timing. Experienced pool cleaners preferred.
