Seeking a plumber to help diagnose and fix the issue with an outdoor tap. When turned on, no water is coming out. We have checked the mains and they appear to all be on. Property is a unit in a block of four / strata. Need diagnosis of issue but also as to whether it’s a body corporate issue. Parking available in driveway. Please note property is tenanted (the tenant is very helpful though) and you would need to coordinate with the property manager for access. Thank you!

We need a licensed gasfitter to advise on the installation, complete all required gas work, test the cooktop and provide the required compliance certificate. Please quote for your call-out, assistance, testing and certification, and let us know your availability. Location: South Melbourne.

My shower has a leak from the tap/knob that controls the water flow from the bath to the shower. If it’s not a seal then you’ll need to pull the wall down and fix it and retile the wall. I want a quote to fix the job
