Hi mate, I have a Breville dual boiler that needs a look at. It was hissing about 12 months ago and I opened it up toi replace some o-rings. When it was open I noticed some cracks in the temp probes. The o-rings held for a while but the hissing is back, so i think its time to get a big service on it. New delevopments are a loud and strange buzzing on extraction, and occasionally throwing the safety switch in the powerboard it's attached to.

I need a few simple plumbing tasks completed at my cbd apartment (can help with parking). These include: • changing the kitchen sink mixer (have new tap) • changing the drain pipe under the kitchen sink (inside the cupboard), so that it sits flat against the back of the cupboard coming out of the floor, rather than on a 45degree angle at present. Want to get a slide out bin in that cupboard - change the bathroom & ensuite sink wastes to pop up ones. I have all the items, and is a pretty simple job with good access, but I just don’t have the time. The photos should help explain. Ideally this will be done on a Tuesday,Wednesday or Thursday, & will try be flexible on times.
