I will handle the initial high-pressure wash, but need you to manage the sanding, priming, and staining across three different ages of wood to ensure an even finish. The Deck: • Size: [Insert approx sqm, e.g., 25 sqm] • Wood Ages: 18 years old (highly porous), 7 years old, and 1 year old. • Finish: We are using a solid acrylic stain to completely hide the age/colour gaps. Hi there! We’re preparing our home for the end of a lease and need some peeled paint and cat scratches repaired around the house, mostly near doorways. Photos of the main areas are attached, but there may be a few other small peeled spots on walls, door frames and skirting that need touching up too. The main areas are: Scratches on an external wall corner, about 30cm long, with some going into the plaster Chipped and peeled paint on a door frame A small gouge in a textured wall I’ve already bought a sander, filler, primer/undercoat and a mini roller kit, and you’re welcome to use them. I’ll buy the paint too: Walls: Dulux White on White (5W, LRV 87), low sheen Architraves, skirting, door jambs and doors: Dulux White on White (5W, LRV 87), semi-gloss Please let me know if you need anything else. Since this is for an end-of-lease inspection, the repairs need to blend in so they aren’t noticeable.
