Got about 12m of wall x 2.4m high of textured brick that I need help rendering (indoors, single storey). Have ground back about half of the brick so far. 3x windows and 1x screen door to work around. Would appreciate some help to finish the brick grinding to get the loose bits off, and at least get the first coat of render on (already bought) while I’m on holidays this week. Please only reply if you have got some experience in rendering 🙏🏻

Need a qualified plasterer to inspect and repair water-damaged ceiling areas in my home. Scope: • Check ~12m of 90mm cove cornice. Replace if damaged, or clean, restore, and repaint if only water-stained(2 pics for the same area) • Remove and replace damaged ceiling plasterboard (gyprock) • Make good surrounding plaster, ready for painting • Include all labour, materials, rubbish removal, and clean-up Photos are attached for reference. hi we want to remove this timber shelf and replaster the wall. keeping the electricals where they are. The bookshelf have been removed. Just needed to remove the vertical shelves. The previous owner noted this: When I built the stud wall I screwed it in before the gyprock went up. So the only easy way to remove them would be to use a vibrating saw to cut the screws, or punch holes in the wall. I didn’t really make them to be removed. The shelf sits approx 30mm indented into the wall as you can see in the photo.
