Spending quality time with Elderly Man who likes walking to the shops to have a cup of tea and cake, walking the dog, visiting a show. Your job is to shadow him to ensure he’s safe and has company to maintain as much independence as possible. The elderly man has age related problems, onset Parkinson’s impacting speech and some mobility. He is able to walk unassisted, makes tea, bathroom himself. A young person with energy and patience, talkative, positive, happy and confident. Rate is hourly $35, 3 Days Per Week, 6hrs per day 10am - 4pm. Normal day looks like 4hrs active, 1hr sleep 1hr eating lunch. You DONOT need qualifications/ NDIS, you will be naturally caring, have common sense, high quality English language. End of month bonus potential.

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for a regular fortnightly clean of my home. This is ongoing work for the right person! The home: • 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms • Mix of hardwood floors, tiles, and rugs throughout Scope of work: • General clean of all areas (dusting, wiping surfaces, tidying) • Sweep, vacuum and mop all floors including rugs Kitchen: • Wipe down all surfaces, splashback and cabinet fronts • Clean stovetop and exterior of appliances • Clean sink and taps Bathrooms (x2): • Clean showers, toilets, sinks and mirrors • Wipe down all surfaces and fittings Bedrooms (x3): • Dusting and surfaces • Light tidy as needed Living / Dining: • Dusting and wipe down all surfaces Occasional extras (not every visit – rotating schedule): • Inside windows • Fridge clean-out • Oven clean • Inside microwave and rangehood • Wipe down cupboards and cabinetry Notes: • I have a friendly, non-shedding dog • Free street parking • Please bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment • Preferred days are Monday or Friday, but I’m flexible Looking for someone consistent and thorough for long-term, ongoing work. The task involves feeding him, refreshing his water, cleaning/changing his kitty litter, and spending a few minutes checking that he’s happy and well. Experience with cats is preferred.
