- Bricks need to be removed - Soil/dirt needs to be removed - Soil needs to be dug out 20cm further , same as the lowest part in the image next to the retaining wall (loose soil) - Entry footpath to be removed until stairs (thin concrete slab underneath) - Concrete slabs to be removed on the left side / side path (5 slabs) All to ensure I can start laying a base for pavers (when satisfied, can discuss the paving as well)

Looking for an experienced handyman or concreter to help with two tasks: 1. Resurface Pathway • Area: approx. 18m x 1m. • Existing base: hard cement (see photo). • Prep: remove current pavers and pebbles. • Some pebbles can go into garden bed; rest needs disposal. • Apply a thin, even layer of concrete for a clean finish. 2. Minor Paving Repairs • Fill underneath where erosion has occurred. • Re-grout loose pavers (see second photo). You’ll need: • Tools for concrete resurfacing and paving repair. • Ability to dispose of excess pebbles and old materials. I’ll provide: • Access to water and power. • Clear space for work. --- Timing: Flexible – can work around your schedule. --- Indicative Price: • Thin concrete resurfacing (18m x 1m): $700 (less material, more prep/finish). • Minor paving repair: $150. Total: Around $850 for the full job. (Price negotiable based on scope and your experience.)

Location: Backyard of semi-detached dwelling, Kingsford Area: Approximately 3m x 4m (12m²) Timing: Works to be completed during the first week of December, weather permitting. Access and Deliveries: Materials can be delivered and stored in front of the carport (off-street). Access to the backyard is available via a 1m-wide side path along the dwelling. ⸻ Description of Works 1. Site Preparation • The area to be paved is currently grass. • Remove grass and level the area as required for paving installation. • Excavate only as needed to accommodate base materials and timber edging/formwork. • Any soil displaced to install the formwork may remain on site and be spread or levelled nearby (no spoil removal required). 2. Timber Frame/Formwork • Supply and install timber edging/formwork to define the 3m x 4m paved area. • Formwork to remain in place as a permanent edge restraint. • Ensure the finished paving surface is slightly above surrounding ground level (approximately 50–100mm). 3. Base Preparation • Supply, spread, and compact suitable road base or crushed rock to form a stable sub-base suitable for supporting a small garden shed. • Screed bedding sand evenly over the compacted base to the correct level and fall. 4. Paving Installation • Lay selected concrete or stone pavers within the timber frame. • Ensure a level, stable finish suitable for garden shed placement. • Cut pavers as required for a neat fit within the frame. • Compact pavers and sweep jointing sand into all joints. 5. Cleanup • Leave area clean and tidy upon completion. I will supply pavers (large concrete pavers) . I can also supply base material and sand if preferred.
