Looking for an experienced landscaper/paver to finish renovating my small courtyard. The fence and decking have recently been replaced, and I’m now looking to complete what will hopefully be the final stage of the courtyard. Work required: Lift affected existing pavers. Deal with roots growing underneath and causing uneven paving. Re-level and relay the affected pavers. Remove the narrow garden bed alongside the new fence and extend the paving over this area. Properly excavate, prepare and compact the new paved area rather than laying pavers directly over the existing soil. Supply and install matching pavers where required, or something as close as possible to the existing pavers. Pressure wash the complete paved courtyard and clean up the joints. General tidy-up on completion. Remove and dispose of waste. Photos attached show the existing courtyard and an indicative image of the finished look I’m hoping to achieve. Budget: $1,800 indicative I’ve entered $1,800 as a starting budget only and am happy to consider realistic offers based on the work required. I’m also happy for the area to be inspected before agreeing on the final scope and price. Please indicate whether your offer includes labour, base/preparation materials, additional pavers and waste removal/disposal. Looking for someone experienced in paving and landscaping, particularly lifting and relaying existing pavers and dealing with roots underneath paving. Commence work as soon as possible.
