We have a small deck (2m x 5.2m) next to a pool that needs to be sanded back so we can oil it. I’ve given it a wash with a chlorine and soap mix. As the deck is next to a pool a bag will need to be used to capture as much dust as possible. We are in Annandale (2038) and flexible on when this gets done.

Looking for an experienced flooring installer to remove existing carpet and lay new floorboards in an apartment in Pyrmont. Job Scope: Carpet Removal Subfloor Prep Underlay & Flooring Installation: Lay acoustic underlay (strata-compliant) and install floating floorboards (hybrid/engineered/laminate). Finishing Touches: Install scotia/beading around perimeter/skirting and aluminium transition trims at doorways and wet area joins (kitchen/bathrooms). Approximate Area Breakdown (~53 m² total): * Living / Dining Area: 3.6 m × 6.5 m (\approx 23.4\text{ m}^2) * Master Bedroom: 3.2 m × 5.4 m (\approx 17.28\text{ m}^2) * Bedroom 2: 3.0 m × 4.0 m (\approx 12.0\text{ m}^2) Site Details & Logistics: Property Type: Apartment unit with lift and loading access. Materials: Flooring planks and underlay will be supplied on-site. Please bring your own tools, trims/scotia (or quote separately) installing hard flooring requires formal approval from the Strata Committee before work can begin. Acoustic Standards: Installing an acoustic underlay that achieves an L_{n,Tw} \le 50 rating. Work Hours: Construction is restricted to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday (and 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturdays), with noisy machinery restricted between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Common Area Care: Using protective mats across hallway carpets and in the lift, daily clean-up of shared spaces, and no disposal of trade rubbish or carpet in the building’s bins. We currently have timber flooring. We would be grateful for a quote on repairing them (sanding, filling in gaps, etc). Alternatively, we are also considering replacing the floorboards. The kitchen is approximately 2.7x3m. As seen in the attached photo, the kitchen floor is currently lighter than the living room - we would like the kitchen floorboards to be the same colour as the living room floorboards.
