My elderly parents need a floor in one bedroom repaired as it’s sunk in a corner. The house is very old. They want a quick fix. They also want new hybrid vinyl flooring and there’s another bit that’s alittle loose in the hall way that will need a repair. They want it done as cheap as possible so not looking to pull all the wood floors out and replaced just afew repairs and new vinyl. We will supply the vinyl floor boards . I think they click in place . The lounge room is 4x4 , bedroom 3x3, hallway 11 meters long, kitchen 3x3ish. The kitchen is tiled so just lay floor straight over We will provide flooring as my dad wants to pick it

I’m looking for someone to refresh my studio balcony before sale. Scope of work: * Remove and dispose of the existing stick-on vinyl floor panels. * Prepare the surface as needed. * Paint the exposed grey edge/wall section above the floor tiles in a cream colour to match the existing balcony walls (I can supply photos). * Install new self-adhesive vinyl floor planks/tiles over the existing tiled balcony floor. * Cut and trim the new vinyl neatly to fit around the balcony edges for a clean, professional finish. * fill around edge Additional information: * Balcony is approximately 2.7 m long and 0.9 at door opening to 1.5 m wide. * The existing floor is tiled with vinyl planks currently laid over the top. * Looking for a tidy finish suitable for presenting the property for sale. * Please bring your own cutting tools and any other equipment required. * I have purchased the vinyl tiles, let me know what materials (if any) you would like me to supply.
