I'm having issues with my ASUS laptop. When I turn it on, it gets stuck in the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) and won't boot into Windows. I've tried Startup Repair and basic Command Prompt troubleshooting, but the repair tools failed and it shows partition access errors. The system needs to be reinstalled or repaired.

I run a busy online crystal and jewellery business and I am looking for someone tech-savvy and experienced with livestreaming/content creation to professionally set up my new FIFINE AmpliGame D6 Stream Controller (15 shortcut buttons). My main platform is Whatnot, and I also use multiple social media and e-commerce platforms. I want the controller configured to make my livestreams and day-to-day business operations faster and easier. I’d like help setting up shortcuts/macros for things such as Whatnot livestream controls, OBS/streaming functions where compatible, camera/scene switching, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, browser functions and other frequently used business actions. I’d also like someone who can look at my current setup and suggest useful automations or shortcuts I may not have thought of. Ideal person: * Experienced with Stream Deck-style controllers/macropads * OBS/livestream setup experience * Familiar with Whatnot * Comfortable integrating multiple social media platforms * Windows/PC experience * Able to explain the setup to me once completed This is for an established home-based online business in Rutherford, NSW. I’d prefer someone who can come onsite, complete the setup and test everything with me rather than just provide instructions remotely. Please include your hourly/fixed rate, relevant experience and what you believe you can integrate with the controller. Paid trial/one-off setup initially, with potential for further tech and livestream setup contracted base work.

Hi! Just summarising the issue with my Acer Nitro 50 Intel prebuilt. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I had AI help me put the symptoms into a clear summary, and I've also spoken with a friend who has IT experience. The PC has been having boot/recovery problems. I previously got a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT blue screen, with win32k.sys mentioned, and I'm now getting the Windows Recovery Environment with error 0xc0000001. Previously, I was able to access the different recovery options, but now whenever I select options such as Startup Settings or UEFI Firmware Settings, the entire PC just powers off instead of opening the option. I've also tried getting into the BIOS/UEFI using F2, but that hasn't worked. I haven't tried resetting or reinstalling Windows because I have important files on the PC and don't want to risk losing anything. I was previously told the storage drive/hard drive might potentially be the issue, but I'm not sure what's actually causing it. I'd appreciate having the hardware and storage properly diagnosed before anything is replaced or Windows is reinstalled.

I have an older MacBook Pro that was previously set up as my work computer. I now own it personally and want it completely cleaned up, updated and set up for personal use. It is currently configured with both Mac and Windows via Boot Camp. I no longer need Windows or Boot Camp and would like it returned to a Mac-only setup. I’m looking for someone experienced with MacBooks/macOS to: • Remove Windows/Boot Camp and return the full drive space to Mac • Remove old workplace accounts, profiles, software and settings • Check for any remaining company management/MDM profiles and remove where legitimately possible • Complete a clean/factory reset • Install the latest macOS officially supported by this MacBook Pro • Install all available software/security updates • Set me up as the personal administrator with my Apple ID • Check storage is correctly configured and fully available • Make sure Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, sound, keyboard, trackpad etc. are working • Leave me with a clean, updated MacBook ready for personal use When making an offer, please include: 1. Your experience with Macs and Boot Camp 2. How long you expect the entire job to take 3. Your availability 4. Where you would undertake the work 5. Whether the whole process can be completed while I am present I would ideally like this completed at a local coffee shop/café while I am there, rather than leaving the laptop with someone, so please advise if this is practical and how much time I should allow. Looking for someone with strong Mac-specific experience who can make the process easy and straightforward.
